It was a big day at our house yesterday as we celebrated my sweetie's 26th birthday. We usually like to party the whole day, but with Tyler at work until 7 and me with ESL class until then too, we were limited in our fun choices (not to mention not much mula in the birthday budget :) We took advantage of the time we had though, and Tyler bbq'ed some DELICIOUS steaks for dinner and also made his famous mashed potatoes. We also had birthday pie and ice cream, watched Amazing Grace (loved it), and opened presents. As you can see, Tyler was very excited about his new socks! He felt very loved as he received many calls from friends and family too, and he even got to hear his birthday announced on the radio station in Florence when his mom called in the morning. Fun day!
